About The Position

 Responsible for the greeting, checking in and out, and associated needs of guests are met in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.  Responsible for polite and efficient transferring of calls as needed.  Accurately enter information into computer lodging system.  Effectively work with VIP Services to ensure proper handling of all VIP’s.  Promote and project a positive image of Fitzgeralds Casino Hotel to all callers.  Other associated duties as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior ability to effectively interact with guests and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer experiences a plus.
  • Ability to adhere to department schedule.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be a team player.
