Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; and or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Computer literate with capability in Microsoft office.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excels both independently and as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Providing guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department.
  • Supporting and administering operational goals and monitoring achievements of performance and profit objectives.
  • Responding to guests' inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-outs, and guest questions and concerns.
  • Managing reservations and room availability and ensuring accuracy of billing and payment processes.
  • Monitoring staff performance and providing feedback.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk.
