The Maverick Hotel Front Desk Agent performs a variety of duties for guests of the hotel. This includes answering all incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate department, entering reservations and cancellations, and following through on any changes requested by guests. The agent registers and assigns rooms to guests, issues room keys, computes bills, and collects payment for stays. They are also responsible for answering all guest inquiries to the best of their ability.
