About The Position
The Golden Plough Inn located in Peddler's Village ,is looking for a Full-time Front Desk Agent to join our team! Peddler's Village and the Golden Plough are located in Central Bucks County. Requirements
- Ability to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends & holidays)
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills
- Requires strong communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel front office experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Welcome and register guests
- Make daily reservations
- Handle telephone inquiries relating to The Golden Plough Inn and Peddler's Village
- Displaying a friendly and positive attitude towards all guests
- Resolving guest issues promptly and professionally.
