About The Position

FRONT DESK GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Aggressive negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business. Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction. Answering Phones. Making, Changing, Assisting w/ Reservations. Looking Up Directions on the Internet. Promoting Rewards Program. Creative Thinking. Assisting Sales. Creating Good Customer Relations. Problem Solving. Filling In Others Shifts As Needed.

Requirements

  • This position may require the ability to work evenings and weekends with flexibility throughout the week as needed. Schedules will always be communicated in advance by a manager.

Nice To Haves

  • Opera PMS Experience a Plus / Not Required
  • Prior experience from IHG, Hyatt, Choice, Hilton, or Marriott hotels preferred / Not Required
  • Knowledge of Emailing a Plus / Not Required
