About The Position

Join the team at Comfort Suites Fresno River Park as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, where you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional service to ensure a pleasant stay. This position offers part-time or full-time opportunities, primarily covering 2 PM to 10 PM shifts, with flexibility for AM and overnight shifts as needed. Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or hotel front desk role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation software.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and overnight.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Check guests in and out efficiently while handling all necessary documentation.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage reservations.
Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
Maintain front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized.
Process payments and balance cash drawers accurately at the end of shifts.
