Support and assist Hotel Food and Beverage Manager in daily operation, providing direct support to the Front of House leadership team and all other responsibilities, standing in for them whenever necessary. This position is responsible for upholding the highest standards of customer service, ensuring the best possible experience for guests, with a special emphasis on making every child a hero at LEGOLAND California Resort.
