Requirements

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome members and guests upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while assisting with seating arrangements.
Manage and organize reservations to ensure efficient seating and optimal table turnover.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate reservations and guest preferences.
Provide information about menu items, daily specials, and upcoming events.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and courteously.
Manage a waitlist during peak dining hours, providing accurate wait times to waiting guests.
Keep guests informed of the status of their table and offer alternatives when necessary.
Communicate any special requests or preferences from guests to the appropriate staff members.
Ensure the hostess stand and waiting area are clean, organized, and well-presented.
Assist with maintaining overall cleanliness and ambiance in the dining and reception areas.
