About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station and entrance area.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
