About The Position

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Deliver excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Greet guests in a timely manner and provide menus. Assign guests to tables based on rotation and service needs. Ensure dining and serving areas are clean, organized, and properly set up. Receive and record guest reservations accurately. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. repetitively
• Frequent walking
• Ability to work in variable temperatures
• Ability to work in a smoking environment with moderate noise levels
• Strong verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations
• Ability to meet the standards required by a regulated business
