About The Position
The Host at Maggiano's is responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary, and bidding farewell to all Guests. This role serves as the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to its Guests. Maggiano's, part of Brinker International, aims to bring people together to celebrate family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way." Brinker International pioneered the concept of "casual dining," and Maggiano's Little Italy embodies Italian American tradition. The company also emphasizes community involvement, supporting organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank, and assisting its own employees through the Brinker Family Fund. The Front of the House team, including Hosts, is dedicated to making Guests feel special in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
