Responsible for expediting Guests to their appropriate seats. Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance. Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; Inform Guest of current promotion and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the food server. Answering incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service. Manage the flow of Guests into the dining and bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming Guests if appropriate. Tend to special Guest needs and requests. Take to-go-orders and process them through info genesis, is required to cashier as a part of the normal job duties and daily routine. Setting and clearing tables; replenishing water; serving beverages. Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays. Performs light housekeeping duties such as keeping their area clean and stock. Must perform any other duties as assigned by management.
