The Host-Carryout team is responsible for the initial, warm greeting and seating of guests, answering telephones, taking reservations and messages, maintaining accurate guest counts and wait times and saying goodbye to all guests. Also responsible for taking orders, checking accuracy, packaging and collecting payment for carryout orders while ensuring professional service and guest satisfaction. Assist with Coat Check duties as directed.
