About The Position

The host is the first point of contact for our guests. A host is responsible for greeting guests, communicating efficiently and effectively and escorting customers to their seats. The host will provide high-quality communication and service that will help maintain and attract customers.

Responsibilities

Guest Relations
Exceptional communication skills; engaging with internal and external guests
Greeting guests as they enter and depart
Manage reservations
Provide guests with menus, and answering any initial questions; Inform guests of current promotion and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff
Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, providing accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate
Tend to special guest needs and requests
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and answer questions
A knowledge of the menu and store offerings
Help and support other positions in the restaurant as needed
Provide great customer
