About The Position

As a Host, you are the first and last impression for our members and guests. You play a key role in setting the tone for an exceptional private club dining experience by providing a warm, gracious, and professional welcome. You will manage reservations, coordinate seating, and ensure the dining room flows smoothly while upholding the high standards of service our members expect. Your attention to detail, poise, and hospitality-driven mindset help create a seamless and elevated experience from arrival to departure.

Requirements

Prior experience in a hosting, hospitality, or customer-facing role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Calm, positive demeanor with a strong commitment to member service.
Team-oriented attitude with flexibility to support overall dining operations.
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the dining areas as needed.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests promptly with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to ensure optimal dining room flow.
Communicate clearly with service and management teams regarding table status, special requests, and member preferences.
Escort members and guests to their tables and present menus when appropriate.
Maintain a clean, organized, and polished host stand and entry area.
Anticipate and address member and guest needs with discretion, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.
Assist with coordinating special events, banquets, and private functions as needed.
Thank members and guests sincerely as they depart, ensuring a lasting positive impression.
