Requirements

Experience in hospitality, dining, or restaurant supervision preferred
A genuine passion for service, grounded in integrity and faith-based care
A commitment to healthy living and delivering high-quality experiences
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
The ability to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

Oversee daily service in the dining room, bistro, and café
Coordinate seating, service flow, and meal periods to keep things running smoothly
Model and deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate service
Support resident events, special meals, and light catering
Be a trusted point of contact for resident questions and resolve concerns in real time
Build meaningful relationships with residents to support satisfaction and retention
Lead, coach, and support servers, hosts, and hospitality staff on the floor
Assist with training and share feedback with leadership
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and food safety (FOH)
Adjust staffing and assignments as needed to support service
Partner closely with Dining Management to keep operations seamless
