Why This Role is Different This isn’t a traditional QA role, you won’t just evaluate experiences; you’ll help define and scale them. This role sits at the center of connecting standards, training, and execution across a growing global portfolio. You’ll partner closely with operational leaders to elevate performance at scale, with visible impact across our teams, our operations, and how guests experience Pursuit.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in hospitality operations, quality assurance, or operational excellence
  • Experience in multi-site, high-volume, or complex hospitality environments
  • Proven ability to drive consistency and performance improvements at scale
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Ability to influence across teams and regions without direct authority
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives end-to-end in a dynamic environment
  • Eligibility, willingness and flexibility to travel across global destinations (Canada, U.S., Iceland, Costa Rica)
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise QA Program: Own and evolve QA across all lines of business and global locations
  • Guest Experience at Scale: Shape how hospitality is delivered across a portfolio serving millions of guests annually
  • Standards → Execution: Ensure enterprise standards are consistently translated into on-the-ground execution
  • Insights that Drive Action: Turn QA data into clear, actionable insights that influence operational decisions
  • Global Alignment & Accountability: Build consistency, visibility, and accountability across teams, regions, and leadership
  • Lead QA audits across Attractions, Lodging, F&B, Transportation, and Retail
  • Evaluate guest experiences and ensure alignment to standards and brand expectations
  • Identify gaps, root causes, and opportunities to elevate performance
  • Translate QA data into reporting, insights, and performance visibility for leaders
  • Own and optimize QA platforms (e.g., Xenia) to support operational execution
  • Develop and execute a global QA audit roadmap aligned to business priorities
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Training, Brand, and People teams
