Responsibilities
- Overseeing the service, ensuring staff are acting with speed, efficiency, and quality.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Supervising cash handling and operating tills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Supervising stock levels, overseeing stock replenishment, and ensuring the event is fully stocked at all times.
- Leading and motivating the team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
