About The Position

Key Responsibilities Tenant Experience and Community Programming • Plan, coordinate, and execute tenant lounge / conference center activations and community events. • Design and manage 2 major annual onsite parkwide community events • Develop and administer a stamp card attendance program; track participation and manage raffle entries and grand prize drawings once cards are completed. • Propose new and creative event concepts that align with tenant interests, seasonal themes, and asset objectives. • Coordinate signature competitions and engagement initiatives. • Survey tenants regarding interest in creating a Waterford sports team (e.g., softball, soccer) and, if viable, coordinate next steps (interest thresholds, team registration, scheduling, communications). • The candidate will collaborate with Industrious and maintain ongoing communication, including providing reports and related deliverables. Local Partnerships and Tenant Perks • Conduct recurring outreach and in-person visits to local hotels and restaurants in Coral Gables, Doral & Downtown to secure tenant-exclusive discounts, perks, and partnerships. • Maintain an updated directory of tenant benefits and ensure promotions are communicated through multiple channels. Tenant Relations and Outreach Cadence Execute structured tenant visits per the following schedule and maintain visit logs and recaps: • Tenants 20,000 square feet and above: visit monthly Tenants 10,000 square feet to 19,999 square feet: visit every other month • All other tenants: visit at least twice annually • Provide monthly updates summarizing tenant meetings, feedback trends, participation, and recommended action items for property leadership. Marketing, Communications, and Brand Standards • Create high-quality flyers, posters, and digital collateral to promote events and tenant initiatives. • Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting cadence, and community engagement. • Produce post-event highlights (photos, brief recaps, and key metrics) and maintain an archive of content for future marketing use. • Ensure all work products meet quality standards and actively promote and elevate the Waterford brand. New Tenant Onboarding and Welcome Experience • Coordinate new tenant orientations in partnership with property management and building teams. • Develop welcome packages and coordinate welcome gift delivery for new tenants and key tenant milestones. • Order, inventory, and distribute tenant swag; manage vendors and ensure brand consistency and quality. Budgeting and Reporting • Establish and manage an annual hospitality and events budget, including forecasting, tracking, and monthly reporting. • Track event performance indicators (attendance, engagement, participation rates, tenant feedback) and recommend program refinements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, events, community management, marketing, or tenant experience (commercial real estate experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multiple events and activations simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and comfort conducting in-person outreach with local businesses and tenants.
  • Proficiency creating marketing collateral and managing social media platforms; familiarity with Canva and Adobe tools preferred.
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills; able to represent the property brand professionally.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
