About The Position
Description Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, Women's Health, the OB concierge ensures patients receive a superior hospital experience in a first-class environment. The Concierge serves all patients in the OB Department and any other Health Center area acting as a direct liaison between patients, families, physicians, staff, while maintaining a professional, dignified, high end atmosphere throughout the health center.
