The Hospitality & Design Coordinator plays a key role in bringing the creative vision of The Avenue Church to life by shaping the look, feel, and guest experience of the lobby environments and special events. This role combines design, hospitality, and project coordination to create welcoming, cohesive, and engaging spaces. Working closely with ministry leadership, this coordinator translates vision into thoughtful, high-quality visual and environmental experiences—leading volunteers and managing details from concept through execution. Oversight: Visual direction and brand consistency for lobby environments and special events Planning and execution of design and hospitality elements Coordination of creative timelines, resources, and budgets Leadership and development of creative and hospitality volunteers
