As a Hospitality Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every Dorsia member and restaurant partner receives exceptional service, seamless coordination, and timely, accurate communication. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality operations, member experience, and restaurant partnerships, this role acts as the operational backbone of Dorsia’s hospitality network. You will manage the end-to-end reservation process, nurture restaurant partner relationships, and provide timely, high-touch support to both partners and members. Success in this role means maintaining flawless coordination across partners and members, elevating the Dorsia brand experience, and contributing directly to member satisfaction, restaurant retention, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, experienced in client service, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. You bring a meticulous, customer-centric approach to every interaction, excel at problem-solving across diverse situations, and communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and in person. As a core member of an operation that runs on restaurant hours, this role requires flexibility to work some nights and weekend shifts.
