About The Position

Are you a driven sales professional with a strong background in respiratory therapy and hospital-based business development? Rotech Healthcare Inc., a national leader in home respiratory and medical equipment, is expanding our team and looking for experienced Account Executives to help grow our $600 million enterprise. As a Rotech Account Executive, you'll be the face of our brand in your territory, building trusted relationships with key hospital stakeholders including physicians, discharge planners, respiratory therapists, case managers, and administrators. You'll also engage with sleep labs, wound clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies to promote our full suite of respiratory solutions, including CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen therapy, ventilators, and wound care products. In person visits to referral sources within the assigned territory are required. Your mission: Drive revenue growth by identifying new referral sources and expanding existing accounts Deliver impactful, in-person sales presentations and clinical education Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Serve as a consultative partner to healthcare providers, offering tailored solutions that improve patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven success in hospital sales or respiratory therapy sales
  • Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME), home medical equipment (HME), or wound care
  • Strong clinical acumen and relationship-building skills
  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for helping patients and providers
  • Background investigation (company-wide)
  • Drug screen (when applicable for the position)
  • Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
  • Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process, if required
  • Motivated and self driven, with a proven history of success in sales
  • Desire to work in an environment that rewards for top performance
  • Strong Team player
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers geographically located within the assigned territory
  • Highly organized, strong interpersonal skills
  • Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written
  • Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual)
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive information
  • Multi-task along with attention to detail
  • Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills

  • Requires close vision to small print on computer / tablet and or paperwork
  • Understanding use of all applicable home medical equipment and supplies

Nice To Haves

  • Four year college degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred
  • Leadership Experience in other areas or fields
