Develops and tracks meaningful charging metrics and key performance indicators for Health System departments to ensure accurate and optimal revenue capture. Interprets metrics and reporting; manages issues; Utilizes appropriate tools to support hospital charge capture, revenue reconciliation, and root cause analysis of department charge variance trends. Partners with Revenue Integrity and Health System department counterparts to organize initiatives surrounding charge capture opportunities and continual process improvement on an ongoing basis.
