About The Position

Na Aliʻi is seeking a Capture Analyst to support our Logistics Services line of business. This individual will support maintenance of data and administrative duties to enable growth of the business. The ideal candidate will be an organized problem solver who promotes collaboration and embraces learning and innovation.

Requirements

• The Capture Analyst role is essential to ensuring accurate data that fuels strategic decisions about growth. Ideal candidates will have strong data and analytical abilities, strong communication skills, and strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• No clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Contribute towards building the Logistics pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities through detailed analysis across multiple sources.
• Conduct research on opportunities, markets, potential clients, and potential partners to provide leadership information in support of strategic guidance.
• Build knowledge of our Logistics service offerings and approaches to better inform our briefings, responses, and marketing materials.
• Strive to continuously improve processes and product delivery.
• Be responsible for maintenance of data in the opportunity pipeline through tools such as Excel, Salesforce, GovWin, and Microsoft Planner as appropriate.
• Organize past performance with guidance from capture manager and proposal manager.
• Track deadlines, action items and follow-up tasks for various meetings and initiatives.
• Communicate with Capture Manager and across Logistics and other Lines of Business to collect information.
• Support RFIs and RFPs as appropriate with general writing and editing support.
• Other LOB Duties as assigned (staff meetings, etc.).
