About The Position

Hospice Care Center is seeking a Part Time Hospice RN Case Manager (RNCM) to join their dedicated nursing team providing exceptional end-of-life care throughout the community in Chattanooga. The schedule is 7 am - 7 pm (12 hr shifts). In this rewarding role, the RNCM will deliver hands-on hospice nursing care, coordinate services, and guide patients and families through every step of their hospice journey, ensuring every patient receives The Best Care Possible — care grounded in compassion, clinical excellence, and connection. Requirements

• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting.
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR.
• Possess and maintains current CPR certification if required by state.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.
