About The Position
Join Team Takara in delivering hands-on, compassionate, end of life care while supporting patients, families, and community caregivers. Looking for a LVN. Availability Requirements: 7on/7off nights and every other weekend
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
- Maintains a current CPR certification.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates excellent observation, problem solving, verbal and written communications, nursing skills per competency checklist.
- Shows ability to organize and prioritize workload independently.
- Prolonged or considerable walking or standing.
- Able to lift, position, and/or transfer patients.
- Able to lift supplies and equipment.
- Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and/or crouching.
- Visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills.
- Work 7 days 6 pm to 6 am M-F and every other weekend then have 7 days off
Nice To Haves
- Skilled Nurses in the area of hospice and home health with 1 year or more of experience is preferred.
