Job Description Full-time Hospice Liaison Schedule: Monday thru Friday, Full Time Excellent communication, negotiation and public relation skills. Ability to market effectively with customers, referral sources, and the community. Compliance with accepted professional standards and practice. Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision. Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations. Ability to be creative and "think outside the box" and have fun doing so. Ability to generate new patient referrals. Great organization skills. Develop appropriate marketing collateral. Meet census goals. Schedule speaking engagements at community events. Develop relationships in the community on behalf of the company. Participates in Agency's marketing education, ensuring knowledge of their resources and maintaining knowledge of competitor agencies. Reviewing referral paperwork and gathering appropriate information. Completing required intake paperwork. We hope to speak with you about the rewarding nature of hospice nursing! Requirements

Two years Hospice experience required
LPN or RN preferred
Current driver's license
Must have reliable transportation and insurance
