We’re seeking a Hospice Business Development Liaison to grow referral relationships, expand hospice awareness, and connect patients with compassionate end-of-life care in the Las Vegas and surrounding areas.. Requirements

  • 2+ years of healthcare sales, business development, or referral outreach experience
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory
  • Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Valid Auto Insurance

Nice To Haves

  • Hospice, home health, or senior care experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare partners
  • Drive hospice referrals through outreach, presentations, and education
  • Leverage healthcare sales experience to develop new business opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted hospice resource for referral sources
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
  • Track outreach activity and referral growth
