Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare, hospice, home health, hospital, skilled nursing, or related settings
  • A genuine passion and desire for hospice care and its mission
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Comfort working in outreach, education, or business development roles
  • A self-motivated professional who thrives in a goal-driven environment
  • Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Valid Auto Insurance
  • HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners
  • Share your passion for hospice care by educating referral sources and increasing awareness of services available to patients and families
  • Drive growth by meeting and exceeding monthly admission goals
  • Develop new referral partnerships and strengthen existing ones to expand hospice reach in the community
  • Lead outreach and public relations efforts that highlight the value and compassion of hospice care
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth, timely patient transitions into care
  • Maintain full compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations related to healthcare marketing and outreach
