About The Position

Select Hospice is seeking an Account Executive to build and grow referral relationships and drive census growth in the Indianapolis/Marion County, IN area. The Account Executive will focus on educating the community about Select Home Health's services while expanding the network of referral sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience; home health or hospice experience (strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Trella Health’s Marketscape) is highly desirable.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable personal transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned territory (required).
  • Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • You must be able to lift to 15 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Regular use of phone, computer, and presentation tools.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales plans and track activity in CRM.
  • Expand referral networks and monitor market trends.
  • Build and maintain referral relationships.
  • Serve as liaison with clinical teams.
  • Represent Fortis Health at events and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Complete reports and support growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR as needed.
