Check out our website: Home - Fortis Job Summary Select Home Health (A Fortis Health Company) is seeking an Account Executive to build and grow referral relationships and drive census growth in the West Lafayette, IN area. The Account Executive will focus on educating the community about Select Home Health's services while expanding the network of referral sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience; home health or hospice experience (strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Trella Health’s Marketscape) is highly desirable.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable personal transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned territory (required).
  • Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • You must be able to lift to 15 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Regular use of phone, computer, and presentation tools.

Nice To Haves

  • LPN license in the state of Indiana (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales plans and track activity in CRM.
  • Expand referral networks and monitor market trends.
  • Build and maintain referral relationships.
  • Serve as liaison with clinical teams.
  • Represent Fortis Health at events and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Complete reports and support growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR as needed.
