About The Position

Coordinate all employee education programming for assigned area including scheduling, carrying out, assessing training needs, and monitoring training sessions to ensure correct information is being delivered. External Job Description Conducts training and development programs for employees and maintains documentation of training received Plans, directs, and/or coordinates the training and development activities of the assigned service site(s) Conducts assessment of training needs of all employees Schedules training per assessed needs Coordinates and instructs training and communication programs to support the company’s objectives and to meet state requirements Follows established new employee and Annual Refresher training curriculums Notifies employees 30 days prior to any expiration dates to ensure up-to-date training records Ensures adequate supplies for all scheduled training Ensures comfortable location for all scheduled training Ensures that scheduled training is well advertised to reach all targeted employees Maintains records of training activities and employee progress in approved tracking system Monitors and reports effectiveness of training efforts and programs Provides reports to branches regarding effectiveness of training programs as needed When holding training, ensures employees are comfortable and able to focus on learning Ensures that people feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and asking appropriate questions Be flexible as needed to alter schedules and topic to address employee majority needs Ensures that the employee education process is as positive as possible Assesses employee learning experience via an anonymous feedback survey following each training and change your methods/topics as needed to accommodate these comments Monitors feedback received during training sessions and adjust curriculums accordingly as allowed by approved curriculum Partners with Operation Leaders and HR to determine additional training needs based on trends Other duties as assigned About our Line of Business All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge and/or experience of caregiving responsibilities and/or training of caregivers

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred
  • One year experience delivering various training topics to various audiences
  • Bilingual Eng-Span PLUS
