About The Position

We are seeking experienced professionals from the homecare industry to join our team in either a Coordinator or Coordinator Supervisor capacity. This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have direct experience coordinating between home health aides and patients and understand the day-to-day realities of homecare operations. Pediatric homecare experience is a plus — but not required.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a homecare agency (required)
• Hands-on experience coordinating HHAs and patient schedules
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle pressure and last-minute changes
• Organized and detail-oriented
• homecare coordination experience
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability
• Operational mindset with a solutions-first approach

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric homecare experience
• Prior supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care between patients and home health aides
• Manage daily scheduling, call-outs, and coverage needs
• Communicate with aides, families, and internal departments
• Maintain compliance documentation and accurate records
• Troubleshoot service interruptions quickly and professionally
• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and continuity of care
• Supervise and manage a team of coordinators
• Monitor scheduling efficiency and operational workflow
• Support escalations and complex coordination issues
• Provide training, feedback, and performance oversight
• Improve systems and reduce breakdowns in service
• Step in operationally when needed
