Position Summary: The Homecare Recruiter is primarily responsible for recruiting and screening candidates to determine skill and fit for client needs. This includes maintaining customer satisfaction to our clients and onsite employees, overseeing the recruitment process, and reporting pertinent information requested by clients. Requirements

  • Must have experience in staffing
  • Must have experience in healthcare or childcare industry
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Able to work in fast paced environment and juggle multiple demands
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Maintain elevated level of confidentiality
  • Must be able to work in office Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service preferred

Responsibilities

  • Source and develop an active network of healthcare and childcare professionals for contract, PRN and permanent placement for our client facilities via outbound calls and referrals
  • Conducts initial phone screens with candidates and facilitate them through the onboarding process
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding assignment details, compensation and client expectations
  • Negotiates salary, terms and conditions of employment with candidates
  • Works daily with team to source, identify, match and present candidates for placements
  • Collaborates with team to ensure all assignment specifics are completed and meet company goals
  • Perform onboarding and orientation process for candidates on assignment with clients
  • Manage client relationships including scheduling, payroll, recruiting, and communication
