We are seeking a lead online grocery shopper to join our team. As a lead online grocery shopper, you will offer advice and guidance on products, prepare curb side pick-up orders, and assist with customer queries. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills and strive to exceed customer expectations. Requirements
- You must be at least 18+ years of age or older
- Complete a pre-employment background check
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring that orders are accurately selected, scanned, and packed for pick-up and/or delivery.
- Providing outstanding service through all touchpoints of the customer experience.
- Guiding customers on comparable substitutes for discontinued or unavailable products.
- Responding promptly and effectively to customers' feedback, suggestions, and complaints.
- Reporting issues and inventory availability to Store Management and E-commerce Coordinator.
- Engaging with customers and ensuring any special requests and instructions are followed.
- Working to enhance and confirm the accuracy of product pricing and information.
- Collaborating with store departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Leading, motivating and training the entire e-commerce team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
