We are seeking a lead online grocery shopper to join our team. As a lead online grocery shopper, you will offer advice and guidance on products, prepare curb side pick-up orders, and assist with customer queries. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills and strive to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

• You must be at least 18+ years of age or older
• Complete a pre-employment background check
• Prolonged periods standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that orders are accurately selected, scanned, and packed for pick-up and/or delivery.
• Providing outstanding service through all touchpoints of the customer experience.
• Guiding customers on comparable substitutes for discontinued or unavailable products.
• Responding promptly and effectively to customers' feedback, suggestions, and complaints.
• Reporting issues and inventory availability to Store Management and E-commerce Coordinator.
• Engaging with customers and ensuring any special requests and instructions are followed.
• Working to enhance and confirm the accuracy of product pricing and information.
• Collaborating with store departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Leading, motivating and training the entire e-commerce team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
