About The Position
MLM Home Improvement is seeking a motivated Home Restoration Consultant to join their growing team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners to assess their home improvement needs, provide expert recommendations, and guide them through the restoration process from consultation to project completion.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Home improvement or construction knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers
- Assess damage and recommend appropriate restoration solutions
- Present project proposals and pricing to homeowners
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Collaborate with field marketing and operations teams
- Maintain accurate records in company CRM systems
