About The Position

MLM Home Improvement is seeking a motivated Home Restoration Consultant to join their growing team in Bel Air, Maryland. In this full-time, entry-level role, the consultant will meet with homeowners to assess their home improvement needs and guide them through restoration solutions. The position offers uncapped earning potential and comprehensive training.

Requirements

• No prior sales experience required — we provide full training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers
• Assess property conditions and recommend appropriate restoration solutions
• Present pricing and financing options to homeowners
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless project handoffs
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
