Position: Home Health RN – OASIS & Coding Specialist Seeking an experienced Home Health RN with strong expertise in: OASIS completion, review, and accuracy ICD-10 coding specific to PDGM Medicare and Medicare Advantage requirements Insurance verification and authorization processes CMS regulations and compliance standards Care planning and clinical documentation Candidate must be able to work independently, ensure regulatory compliance, and support clinical and operational excellence across the agency. Prior experience with EMR systems required; Careficient experience preferred. Why Choose Us? Requirements
- OASIS completion, review, and accuracy
- ICD-10 coding specific to PDGM
- Medicare and Medicare Advantage requirements
- Insurance verification and authorization processes
