About The Position

The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) - Admissions position at Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus focuses on supporting patient recovery and their ability to stay at home, allowing them to spend quality time with loved ones. The role involves empowering patients and families to achieve healthcare goals through education on disease management and providing clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team. Requirements

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse
• Oasis Experience
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification

• Home health experience preferred
