About The Position

At AHN Healthcare@Home, in partnership with Allegheny Health Network, we are a nationally recognized leader in home health and hospice care. This is a Full Time Weekend Position for a Home Health Admissions RN. As a nurse, you will work at the top of your license, serving as the physician’s eyes and ears in the home, delivering vital hands-on care, and making critical decisions. Requirements

  • Active RN license in the state in which you work.
  • At least one year of clinical experience delivering quality care.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel to patient locations (~20% of the day).
  • Strong time management.
  • Tech proficiency (EMR, mobile devices).
  • Commitment to timely charting.
  • Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment (includes medical and recreational marijuana).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Clearly educate and empower patients and families to build confidence in care plans and support positive outcomes.
