Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania
- Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home physical therapy as prescribed by physicians
- Evaluate and treat patients with functional impairments
- Promote independence and improved quality of life
- Develop customized care plans and document patient progress
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and ensure care quality
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
