Full Time Home Health Physical Therapist (PT)
About The Position
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) for a very flexible home health position serving adult and geriatric patients. This role offers independence, strong support, and good pay. What You’ll Do: Evaluate patients referred by physicians using diagnosis-specific assessments Provide in-home PT visits for adult and geriatric patients Complete timely documentation (evaluations, progress notes, time & mileage) Schedule and manage your daily patient visits Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Communicate patient progress and updates as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Active PT license in the state
- Minimum 2 years of PT treating experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)
- Comfortable with driving between patient homes (Most patients are close together; occasional 20–40 min drive. Mileage reimbursed.)
