About The Position

Seeking a Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to service Edinburg and surrounding areas. Job Description: The Physical Therapist (PT) will provide PT based services to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy institution
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in TX
• Work experience of at least one (1) year as a Physical Therapist (PT) with adult and pediatric experience
• Familiarity and willingness to learn Electronic Management System (EMR)

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients and develop plans of care (POC).
• Provide treatments as required in accordance with established POC's.
• Provide thorough and prompt documentation of progress during episodes.
• Adhere to Brightstar Care standards for patient care, safety, and communications.
• Be willing to travel within an established radius.
• Assure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
