This position is ideal for someone who values a structured environment and enjoys supporting clients who are actively engaged in their own wellness. The client is known for her kind demeanor and maintains a consistent daily routine, making for a predictable and positive work atmosphere.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Nice To Haves
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Bowel Program: Lead and facilitate the routine bowel care management program.
- Mitrofanoff Catheter Care: Perform catheter management (intermittent or indwelling) ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols.
