About The Position

Centria Healthcare is actively seeking exceptionally compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) with previous pediatric experience to undertake a deeply rewarding 1:1 Private Duty Nursing role. This is a vital opportunity to provide personalized care to a sweet and resilient pediatric female client who is deaf, requiring a nurse adept at creative, visual communication and bonding. Due to her delicate and compromised immune system, this role requires a mandatory, unwavering commitment to safety, which includes strictly adhering to the requirement of wearing a mask for the entire duration of every shift. We have immediate needs for private duty nurses (RNs or LPNs) in the West Bloomfield Township area to provide home care to pediatric patients. Our pediatric population ranges in ages from birth to 21 years of age. Centria Healthcare is committed to providing exceptional care for patients of all ages. Our Mission is to do whatever it takes to provide superior home healthcare services to individuals with medically complex conditions by putting our clients’ needs at the center of everything we do. We specialize in two key areas: Pediatric Care: Supporting children with complex medical needs, including tracheostomies and ventilators. Adult Care: Providing skilled nursing to adults recovering from severe motor vehicle accidents resulting in quadriplegia, paraplegia, traumatic brain, severe orthopedic and other traumatic injuries. At Centria, we pride ourselves on hiring excellent nurses and providing them with access to a diverse patient population that they might not encounter in traditional facility or hospital settings. Our success is driven by our comprehensive training program designed to prepare nurses to deliver comfortable, confident, and positive outcomes for our clients. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, Centria Healthcare is a leading provider of home-based catastrophic injury and rehabilitation care, private duty nursing, and supportive living services across the state of Michigan. Centria coordinates among multiple disciplines for its rehabilitation services including physical therapy and occupational therapy.
