LPN / RN Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in San Tan Valley , AZ and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on our values: H eart, A dvocacy, L ove, O utreach, and S peed! #HALOS Pay Range: $28 - $42 per hour Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families. We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available).
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
- Provide care in a client home setting
- Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!
Responsibilities
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
