About The Position

We are currently looking for compassionate nurses who are looking to help make a difference. We have two clients in the Wixom area in need of private duty nursing. Care involves tracheostomy care, mechanical ventilation intervention and GTube management. We currently having openings for both AM & PM shifts in the Wixom, MI area & surrounding cities! As a Private Duty Nurse with Centria Healthcare, you’ll deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Requirements

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required)
Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.)
Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc.
Support patient well-being with compassionate and attentive care
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team
