URGENT: Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN

We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled nurse to provide 1-on-1 care for a female patient with complex medical needs in a warm, family-oriented home environment. The patient is a beloved matriarch of a large, supportive family and requires a dedicated nurse to manage multi-system health challenges.. Adult Care: Individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents facing injuries such as spinal cord damage, TBI, orthopedic injuries, and more. We are urgently seeking nurses interested in joining Centria Home Care to support a mature female client in St. Louis, MI who requires 24/7 private duty nursing. This is a highly desirable case with an incredibly supportive, close-knit family in a beautiful, smoke-free, pet-free home. This family has been together for 68 years, has 11 children (plus 2 adopted), and provides exceptional support to the nurses in their home. A caregiver is also present for her husband, a Korean War veteran. We have immediate needs for private duty nurses (RNs or LPNs) in the West Bloomfield Township area to provide home care to pediatric patients. Our pediatric population ranges in ages from birth to 21 years of age. Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
- Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required)
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.)
- Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
- Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc.
- Support patient well-being with compassionate and attentive care
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team
